I have noticed that squirrels are nervous of them but have seen them close to each other frequently. Squirrels seem to know that the hawk prefers doves.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09552445716734129591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31357943.post-48629488707615584522009-01-23T06:45:00.000-06:002009-01-23T06:45:00.000-06:00Hi, Isaac.I've heard of the site but have never be...Hi, Isaac.
I've heard of the site but have never been there.
This reminds me that, one of these days, I need to get back over to W G Jones, as I haven't been there for years.
JeffJeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17345056860110319818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31357943.post-9543984719306837192009-01-22T21:25:00.000-06:002009-01-22T21:25:00.000-06:00Here's website on it if you're in the area.http://...Here's website on it if you're in the area.

http://the-woodlands-videos.blogspot.com/2008/03/george-mitchell-nature-preserve-hikes.htmlIsaachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09608625023352376222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31357943.post-9817980709004203702009-01-22T21:21:00.000-06:002009-01-22T21:21:00.000-06:00I can relate. I finally stopped this week and it's a nice area. I didn't have any binocs with me but there seemed to be a decent number of birds. At least the habitat was rich - bottomland hardwoods with lots of drainage sloughs and wetlands.Isaachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09608625023352376222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31357943.post-76119934439794247122009-01-22T06:14:00.000-06:002009-01-22T06:14:00.000-06:00That's very true.
