I haven't included a bird quiz for quite a while, so I've put together the one shown below. All the photos are of species that are in our area right now, and all but one are of species that I've seen in the past couple of weeks.

Since I just looked at your post with the answers, I won't take time to do the quiz, 'cause I'm very sure I know the answers! But what a neat idea.
I tend to get into a rut of blogging about my most recent trips and sightings. I thought the quiz might help some people to improve their ID skills and so increase their enjoyment of birds.
