Although I managed to do a couple of hours' birding at Sheldon Lake yesterday, I wasn't able to get any photos. So I've decided it's time for me to post another Bird ID quiz.
All of the twelve birds shown below are permanent residents or winter visitors in our area. In almost all cases they are common, easily-seen birds. So let's see how you do with IDing the twelve species.

I was nearly "Oh dear!", but I did 5 of them, number 1, 3, 7, and 9 was quiet easy, number 9 is normal here in Norway to, and number 3 is visiting us sometimes, I did some photos of one for a couple of weeks ago, when I saw number 2 I said to myself: "It has to be some kinda American pipit", :-), I didnt know that was the right name, I should have guessed the right name of the dove and the wren to, but missed, the others I didnt have any chance!
